The National United University is located in Miaoli County, where a multitude of traditional crafts use Lin grass in the township of Yuan-Li. The participants of the workshop were able to experience the extraordinary local culture, and exchange ideas with craftspeople from Yuan-Li to appreciate the beauty of Lin grass. After two days attending the workshop at the exhibition, the participants had made some crafts, and I was in charge of displaying them in a showcase. The funds to arrange it were limited, and therefore my team and I had to find many ways to budget. We took used stands, planks and bricks from construction site waste.

We were really satisfied during the exhibition, because so many visitors came and learned how to weave with us. As a result of providing the workshop as part of the exhibition, our show was more popular than the others.
